"Our family has been tent camping in Michigan for two years and finally decided to upgrade. We looked at all the other brands out there, there's the five of us and the 19BH fit us perfectly and it can be towed by our 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (3500 pound towing capacity). When we went to see the 19BH at M & M Camping Center in Trenton Michigan we found out that KZ definitely listens to their customers, in the 2011 model KZ addressed each of the concerns we had discovered in the forums. The 19BH has the full package with all the options, we could not find one fault or issue. Justin the sales Consultantat at M&M was awesome, not high pressure and answered every one of our questions. When we picked up the TT, everyone at M & M were awesome, Gary the Parts Manager spent an hour with us going over the TT, we videotaped everything, this was useful when we got home and needed to unhitch the vehicles. The Jeep is not the ideal towing vehicle so we opted for the Equal-I-Zer weight distribution hitch with sway control. We added a top of the line Prodigy brake controller and we added the fantastic fan in the main area. We also added a 2 inch receiver in the back for a bike rack or basket and upgraded to a larger deep cycle battery. This is my first travel trailer and our home is 60 miles away from M & M and I was worried because we were having 40 MPH high winds gusts. The Jeep with the travel trailer and hitch rode better than the Jeep alone! We hit rush hour traffic through Detroit and not a problem with the semi's, brakes, sway or wind! It rode beautifully, the only way I knew the wind was so severe was by the trees swaying in the high winds. The kid's are in the TT right now and getting ready to spend the night in it! We're planning on a trip to visit family in Texas and a trip to Florida this year! "

"We first heard about M&M at the 2009 Novi RV show where we were looking for a replacement travel trailer. We met Gary at the show who we talked with about the various Spree models M&M sold. We were amazed by his knoweldge and friendleness without any sales pressure. After the show we contacted M&M and went out to the location to view the Spree 261 RKS again. We were so happy with everything about the unit, ALL the staff at M&M and the price we purchased a new trailer. We took delivery in April 2010 and again Mike, Gary and the team could not have been more helpful getting us aquainted with our new trailer. We are now looking forward to our first outing and many more this year. We would have NO hesitation recomending M&M to anyone looking for a new recreational vehicle."

"This was my first time purchasing a trailer and what a GREAT experience. From the first time we called Justin to the minute we left the parking lot with the trailier. Being about 5 hours away in beautiful SAULT STE. MARIE, CANADA; we were assured several times from both Mike and Justin the trailer was in excellent condition. Knowing that I've never had a trailer before, Gary walked me through the whole trailer which was great and Mike drove with me on the highway and was patient enough till I was comfortable driving on my own. "Hi Mike, Mary and M & M Camping Center Staff, We couldn't be happier having gone through your dealership to buy our new Spree travel trailer. From the moment we met you, Mary and Justin at last year's camper show in Novi, we were very impressed. Your many years of experience definately shows through and is complimented by your team. You made us feel very comfortable in purchasing our travel trailer. Even though we live in Grand Blanc, an hour and a half away, we knew we chose the right dealership. The day we picked up the trailer, Gary was instrumental in showing us how to use all of the features of the trailer and answering all of our questions. "Hi Mike, I want thank you and everyone at M&M for the exceptional service when I came to get my trailer in March. When I contacted Justin in January for a price on a new tent-trailer, little did I know that I would be driving 36 hours in March to get my brand new Coleman from you guys. The initial contact with Justin gave me a good idea of what kind of people you have at M&M and everything he promised was delivered when I arrived on Saturday morning. During the walk-through with Gary, I was surprised at how much I learned about the trailer even though I had already owned one. He answered all my questions without hesitation and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. I will probably be contacting him with questions when I need to winterize it in the fall. The 2 hours I spent with him flew by. Dan and Kelly did a great job getting everything hooked up on the pickup and when I finalized the papers with Mary, it was great that she knew how everything was going to go when I brought the trailer back into Canada. I wouldn't have driven from Quebec to Michigan if the price hadn't been right, but now that I know how you guys operate I've already suggested you to a friend who is looking for a trailer and when I'm in the market for something new - you'll be the first (and probably the last) place I will go. "Purchased a Max Sport from M&M Camper Feb 2009, a month later Justin called and gave us bad news Max Sport went under and no camper for us. Justin recommended we come and look at a K-Z Spree, we drove down to Trenton and took a look at what K-Z had to offer liked what we saw and repurchased that day. We were still able to camp memorial day weekend that first year. Every time we have had to deal M&M everything has gone without any grief. I would recommend them to all who would a like to purchase a camper, they treat you like family and don't have the pushy you must buy now! attitude. Just had friends purchase from them and they have the same feeling. Looking forward to many fun family trips in our camper. "As the 2010 models were becoming available we were searching for a 2009 Cameo and inquired about the unit at M&M. Although that unit did not meet our needs it started an email conversation finalizing our specs and getting a quote. We also emailed our specs to three other dealers. Not all dealers are created equal, M&M's knowledge about Cameo options was excellent and their price was the lowest. M&M provides the possibility for a total experience as we got great deals on our fifth wheel hitch and our satellite antenna. As part of our inspection of the new unit we were able to spend one night in our new fifth wheel parked right next to the dealership and we would highly recommend this for any new buyers. We got a very detailed walk through and explanation of all the systems in the two days that we were there, although it was sometimes like drinking from a fire hose. M&M's onsite store was adequately stocked and provided us all we need for our trip back to Missouri. Our first night we walked along Lake Erie at Sterling State Park envisioning many more nights like this!! "

"Dear Mike, Just a note to thank you and your staff for the great experience I had buying my latest 5th wheel trailer from M&M Camping. My wife and I have been Rving for almost 40 years and the Carriage Cameo we bought from you is our 7th trailer. Because this is our second Carriage product we knew what to expect with the quality of the trailer and we have not been disappointed. A couple of small problems still remain but I am sure we will get these resolved. We live in North Vancouver, British Columbia so you may wonder why I drove 5,000 miles, round trip, to buy our new RV from M&M camping. When I buy a new vehicle or RV, I decide what I want and then send a letter to a number of dealers across the country asking for bids. In this instance M&M Camping gave me the best price, even allowing for my costs for driving from British Columbia to Michigan. However, not only did you provide the best price, but also the best experience I have had buying from any dealer in the past. While negotiating the sale, Justin was very helpful and responsive to questions. Gary did a first class job of walking me through the new trailer and gave me many helpful tips in regards to operating and maintaining my new unit. Dan demonstrated his great skills while installing my satellite system and trouble shooting a couple of teething problems. "We bought our 5th wheel camper new from M&M back in 2002. Last year (2007 - way past warranty time!) we were camping up in the Adirondak Mts. of NY, and found that our battery kept discharging, and we could not charge it up. A local dealer said they would fix at a very high price (like $400). A call to Mike, then Dan who literally talked me through the process to find the fuse in a strange location that he thought might be the problem. It was, and a short drive to an auto parts store made all things ok.....with a $2.00 fuse."

"Mike: It's been a few years but you didn't have a customer survey site back then. First I want to thank you and your staff for helping us take delivery on our newly built 5th over the Thanksgiving holiday. As fulltimers who had sold their rig and had been living out of dreaded motel rooms until our new 5th was built, we were very anxious to take possession of it and your staff's willingness to go the extra mile during a holiday was much appreciated. We were also grateful that you hooked us up in your parking lot so we could, on Thanksgiving day, transfer our goods from the U Haul to the 5ver. The 'topper' was the hospitality extended by you and your wife, when I was injured and hospitalized, in inviting my wife to share your holiday dinner. Sale complete and delivery handled, that certainly was well beyond what we would ever have expected. The rig has now been dragged back and forth across the country for 8 years and still looks new with not even so much as an opened up miter joint. Wish we aged as well. Thanks again."

"Hi Mike Wanted to let you know that we got back to London safe and sound, and have the trailer stored away,after doing the up down thing and Mel doing the practice parking thing seems like a hundred times to me.. Where we are parking the trailer had never seen a Trail Manor before we had several people asking about it, and we of course told them where we bought it.... Will let you know(for future reference for you) how long it takes for us to get the plates, doing it the way we did it. Never had the chance before we left to thank Gary for his help and yep patience, hope you pass this on to him. You, Gary, Dan and everybody else in your place was just great to deal with. Thanks to all of you. I forgot to ask you yesterday Mike about the $500 free gas voucher that was to be sent to us from Trail Manor, are they going to send that to us? or do they send it to you and you send it on? "Hi Gary & Mike, hey thanks to you guys for the neat cooler and the awesome cookies inside. You guys have been the best to do business with. After we took possession of the TM and went back to the campground in Ypsilanti, a woman came over and wanted to see "the new TM" she had a TM from M&M for many years and loved the TM and gave M&M a very high rating. I'm writing this from our TM and having my Saturday morning coffee. 16+ MPG pulling the TM and I cannot get it to sway. Debie says that we now have it down to a science on putting it up and taking down, and getting used to being "on stage" when we do. So thanks again Guys. Mark & Debie "
